My name is Jan Garrett. I have been in the real estate business since 1979 and am the broker and owner of Derby City Properties. I am also a proud member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors®. I have lived in Louisville most of my life and have a vast knowledge of Louisville and the surrounding counties. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and English and a Master’s degree in education.
